The Stansbury Holiday Home is a modern brick house with raked ceilings and many extras. It is fully airconditioned with a ducted system in every room.
This house features a large lounge/dining for entertaining and relaxation, with 3 separate bedrooms. Two of the spacious bedrooms have a queensize bed, with the third having 4 bunk beds. The beds are first quality and the rooms all have large windows and drapes. Two of the bedrooms have built in robes and mirrors.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a fridge, oven, griller, hotplates and microwave. There are ample saucepans, frypans, cooking utensils and plasticware provided. The house has a full set of Crockery, cutlery, and glasses for more than 8 people. There are many extras depending on use - gladwrap, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, and similar
In the spacious lounge/ dining room there is tables and chairs for 8 people and lounge chairs for most. It is comfortable and airy, with large windows overlooking the fernery at the back and the native garden at the front. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player and AM/FM Radio. The house has books, magazines, toys and games for adults and children. It is tastefully decorated in a casual style, with carpets throughout, excluding the wet areas.
The bathroom boasts a overhead heater, a bath, shower and handbasin. The hot water service was replaced last year and is excellent. The toilet is in separate room. The laundry has an automatic washing machine, a laundry trough, and chest freezer if required for fishing trophies. There are undercover washing lines and an outside line as well.
Outside, the property is very large. There is an undercover patio, with a large gas BBQ and tables and chairs. This is adjoining the lush green fernery. The backyard is fully fenced with a large lawn and fruit trees.(Please feel free to collect the fruit if it ripens when you stay.) Children can play safely while you relax. Further away outside there is an undercover fish cleaning table with a hose, for your daily catch.
There are two carports and a large area to park and clean boats. We may be able to store your boat on the property if required for a further fee (to cover liability insurance). Please ask the owners of the property.
Cleaning equipment including mops, broom and vacuum cleaner are supplied.
